For the shop that closes at nine and still gets messages at eleven
Resandhi is a WhatsApp agent for shops. It answers customers, takes orders and collects payment — in the shop’s own voice, from the shop’s own product list.

Why we started
Across India, a lot of buying happens in a WhatsApp chat. A customer sees a kurta on Instagram, a cake on a friend’s status, a spare part on a shelf, and sends the shop a message: price? size? delivery?
Behind that number is usually one or two people who are also packing orders, running the counter and doing the accounts. They cannot answer at 11 pm, or during the Sunday rush, or when forty people ask the same question after a sale post. By morning, some of those customers have bought somewhere else.
The usual fix is a menu bot: press 1, press 2, type your order ID. Customers find their way around it, or give up. We thought shops deserved something that could actually read the question, look at the stock, and answer like someone who works there.
What we believe
A handful of ideas that decide what we build, and what we leave out.
Show the chat, not a flowchart
Customers do not want to press 1 for sizes. They want to ask “is this in blue, and can it reach Pune by Friday?” and get a straight answer. So that is what we build, and that is what we show you before you sign up.
Never make up a price
A wrong price costs a shop money and trust. Every price, stock count and delivery time the agent says is checked in code against your own data before it is sent. If it cannot be checked, the agent asks you instead of guessing.
The merchant stays in charge
It is your shop and your customers. You can read every conversation, take over with one tap, and hand back when you are done. The agent does not approve returns, invent discounts or change an address without asking.
Data stays in India
Your catalogue and your customers’ conversations are stored in India. The AI providers we use keep nothing after they reply, and nothing is used to train models.
Honest pricing
Plans are listed on the pricing page, with what they include. WhatsApp’s own charges are passed through at cost. You can try it free, without a card, and leave whenever you like.
How we build
A shop already has its tools: a Google Sheet or an Excel file of products, maybe a Shopify store, a payment gateway, a WhatsApp number its customers know. We do not ask anyone to move.
Instead, everything outside Resandhi is a connector — your catalogue, your payment gateway, WhatsApp itself, email and SMS. Each one is added with a single Connect button, and swapping one for another changes nothing else. When a shop needs a provider we do not have yet, adding it is a small, self-contained piece of work rather than a rebuild.
It keeps us honest, too. The agent only ever talks to “a payment gateway” or “a catalogue”, never to a vendor directly, so the rules that stop it making up a price apply the same way whichever one you use.
