Refund policy
Last updated 24 September 2026Plain-language summary first
This policy covers the subscription fees merchants pay [Registered company name] for Resandhi. It sits alongside our terms of service.
It does not cover purchases customers make from a shop that uses Resandhi. The shop is the seller, and refunds for its products follow the shop’s own return and refund policy. Please contact the shop.
The free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. We do not ask for a card, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. If the trial ends and you have not chosen one, the agent simply pauses.
Monthly plans
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically. Because the trial lets you try the full product before paying, monthly fees are generally not refunded once a billing month has started — including for days you did not use the service.
When we always refund
We refund the full amount, including the GST charged on it, if:
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- you were charged more than the price of your plan, or for a plan you did not choose;
- you were charged for a renewal after you had cancelled;
- we closed or suspended your account without cause — in that case you get back the unused part of the month you paid for.
If the service is seriously disrupted by a fault on our side, write to us. We look at each case fairly and may offer a credit or a partial refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time in the app, under your plan and billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full use of your plan until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged after that.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrade: applies immediately. You pay only the pro-rated difference for the rest of the current month.
- Downgrade: applies from your next renewal. You keep the higher plan until then, so the unused difference is not refunded.
Usage and WhatsApp charges
Usage above your plan’s allowance, and the WhatsApp conversation charges Meta makes (passed through at cost), are billed for what was actually used. They are not refundable, except where we billed them in error.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, within 30 days of the charge. Include your invoice number and a line about what went wrong. We reply within two working days.
Approved refunds go back to the way you paid — through Razorpay for payments made in India, or Stripe for payments made outside India. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the money in your account.
